From the start Spencer was clear with a laid out payment plan, liaised with building control, punctual, and beyond clean and tidy. Whilst living in the property during the build Spencer ensured the remaining part of the house was blocked off from dust. His team are again so polite, friendly and always tidying up after a days work. Spencer takes pride in his work and the finished result is of an excellent standard. Spencer and his team completed a single story extension and knock through for us this year and cannot recommend him highly enough. Even before work started he was incredibly communicative, advising us on options, suggesting changes/upgrades to the architects plan and helping us choose kitchen/glazing companies and plans. All work was completed on a excellent time scale, he was always on time, professional, tidy and the whole team all clearly take a lot of pride in the work they do. Spencer and his team renovated our whole house. Spencer was the project manager,sourcing and overseeing every contractor that worked on the house, from roofers and renderers to window fitters and plumbers, carpenters and electricians and decorators and gardeners. All work was carried out efficiently and at a competitive price. Spencer and his team were friendly and courteous and always respected our home. Nothing was too much trouble from major renovations to final decor. We have been left with a beautiful home that makes us smile every day. Spencer and his team renovated our kitchen by removing an existing wall, insulating what was a garage, raising the floors and fitting a new kitchen including all electrics and plumbing. What a great team! They turned up every morning to do a full day's work. They were all polite hard working and always left leaving the place tidy. Spencer has vision so was always full of idea's and it was never too much trouble to add in any changes as we went along.
